Lady Rapids take 1st place at Regionals, 1st place in cheering and 1st place in supporting their team mates. Women’s Swim Team takes 1st place & Men score 3rd

Chesterfield County’s top 5 swim teams competed Thursday night with the Lady Rapids taking first place. Top 200 Medley Relay: Kaila Hewitt/Grace Sheble/Caroline Sheble/Morgan Burton (All Sophomores) went a stunning 146:73. Kate Stanko continues to drop time in the 500 Free and set a new PR of 26.95 in the 50 Free. Men’s swim team

JRHS set’s multiple meet records at Hanover Hawks Invitational

While only half the team was able to make their debut at the 2018 Hanover Hawks Invitational, Lady Rapids still took 3rd, setting five new meet records. The Men’s team placed 9th. Both swimmers and coaches came full of the holiday spirit. Morgan Burton set a new personal best and meet record of 1:50.65 for the 200free. Grace

Men’s Swim finishes 2nd and Women take 3rd place at All-County

Congrats to JRHS Men’s team for taking 2nd at the County meet. Our Women’s team was missing 10 swimmers but still finished strong in 3rd place overall. Rapids rocked the backstroke with Max Carico dropping 2 seconds, Makenna Mellon dropped 4 seconds and Anne Rucker was right behind them shedding 3 seconds. New personal bests
