Spring Sports is rapidly approaching. Listed below is a rundown of the coaches email address and any pertinent information regarding conditioning and tryouts:

 

Baseball

 

Head Coach- Bryan Hannum-

 Workouts:

1. Mondays at RBA South 8th graders can hit from 3:30-4:30
2. Conditioning: Tuesdays right after school at the track 2:30 to 3:30
3. Conditioning: Saturdays 10:00am-11:00am at the track @JRHS
Tryouts:
  1. February 19th Varsity at 2:30 JV will start at 3:30 at the facility weather permitting

Softball
Head Coach– David Chase

Workouts:
  1. Tuesday and Thursday right after school in fitness room, Saturday after practice Approx 2:30-3:00 pm.
  2. Wednesdays 6-8 pm, Saturdays 12:15 – 2:30 pm in Auxiliary Gym (schedule can change and events can get cancelled).
Tryouts:
  1. Feb 19 – 21 (9th grade thru 12th grade) 8th graders will depend on the weather.
What to Bring:
  1. Bring ALL equipment, including cleats and tennis shoes, catcher’s gear. No equipment is provided. Tryouts are closed to parents etc.

1. Preseason conditioning starts on Monday February 5th for Girls Soccer.
– 2/5 through 2/8 2:30-4:00 at practice field
– 2/12 through 2/15 2:30-4:00 at practice field
Tryouts:
  1. Monday February 19th and end Wednesday February 21st – 2:30-4:00 each day at practice field

 

Boys Soccer

  1. Feb 19-21 from 2:00-4:00 (meet in the open commons on Feb. 19th at 2)
  • Bring Cleats and flats, Dark and light shirt, soccer socks, shin-guards.  Have the physical and Concussion forms completed by the time of the tryout.

 

Boys Tennis

  1. ACAC Clinics (at ACAC) on the following days ($18 a session) on the following dates: 1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8, 2/13, and 2/15.
Tryouts:
  1. February 19- February 22 from 3:30 until 5/5:30.  There no practice or tryouts on Friday, 2/23.

 

Girls Tennis
